These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and any enquiries, bookings, purchases, or services provided by Revive Mobile Batteries (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1) About us
Business name: Revive Mobile Batteries
Service area: Sydney, NSW (Australia)
Email: info@revivemobilebatteries.com
2) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a form, contacting us, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
3) Our services
We provide mobile battery services, which may include:
battery replacement and installation
jump-start assistance
battery testing and electrical system diagnostics (e.g., alternator/starter checks)
delivery (drop-off) of batteries
ancillary services such as terminal cleaning and battery disposal/recycling
4) Quotes, pricing and variations
Quotes are based on information you provide (vehicle type, symptoms, location, etc.).
Final pricing may vary if the on-site assessment identifies different requirements (e.g., battery spec changes, access issues, additional faults, or additional labour time).
If a variation is required, we will explain it and seek your approval before proceeding.
5) Bookings, attendance and access requirements
To deliver service efficiently, you agree to:
provide accurate booking details (vehicle make/model, location, contact number)
ensure safe access to the vehicle (keys available, vehicle reachable, handbrake on, etc.)
ensure the work area is safe and compliant (adequate lighting, safe parking, no hazards)
If we cannot safely access or work on the vehicle at arrival, we may need to reschedule and/or apply an attendance fee.
6) Call-out / attendance fees
We may charge a call-out or attendance fee to cover travel time and on-site assessment, particularly where:
the customer is not available at the scheduled time
the vehicle is inaccessible
the customer cancels late (see section 7)
the job cannot proceed due to factors outside our control
Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you as part of your booking confirmation.
7) Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
If you cancel because we have breached our obligations or failed to provide the service as agreed, fees may not apply.
(Consumer rights may apply depending on the circumstances.) NSW Government+1
8) Batteries, parts and product availability
We supply batteries and parts based on suitability and availability at the time of service.
Product images on the website (if any) are illustrative; the final supplied item may differ by brand or appearance while still meeting the required specification.
9) Installation, old battery removal and recycling
Where included in the service:
We will install the battery using appropriate procedures.
Old batteries may be removed and disposed of/recycled responsibly (where offered/required).
You must not attempt to handle or dispose of batteries improperly due to safety risks.
10) Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in writing.
We may accept cashless methods such as EFTPOS and Afterpay (where available).
If a payment is declined, you remain responsible for the outstanding amount and any reasonable recovery costs.
11) Afterpay terms (if you offer Afterpay)
Afterpay is provided by a third-party provider and is subject to Afterpay’s terms.
Refunds: Afterpay refunds are initiated by the merchant (us). Once we process the refund, it is then reflected in the customer’s Afterpay account, and timing can depend on the financial institution. Afterpay Merchant Support+1
12) Warranties and consumer guarantees
We provide services with due care and skill and aim to supply suitable products for the intended purpose. Australian Consumer Law provides non-excludable consumer guarantees for goods and services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC+2ACCC+2
Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) may apply to batteries supplied and are in addition to your consumer rights.
13) Returns, refunds and remedies
If there is an issue with a battery or service, contact us as soon as possible with details.
Remedies (repair, replacement, refund, or re-supply of services) will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law and the nature of the issue (including whether a failure is major or minor). ACCC+1
14) Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (traffic, severe weather, unsafe site conditions, supplier delays, etc.).
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in your vehicle’s electrical/mechanical systems, or issues that become apparent during diagnosis/repair, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupplying services (as permitted by law).
15) Safety and refusal of service
We may refuse or stop work if:
the environment is unsafe
the vehicle condition poses a risk
abusive or threatening behaviour occurs
requested work is unlawful or unsafe
